Our representatives are ready to answer inquires about any questions you may have.
Customers requesting net credit terms must submit a copy of their most recent financial statement (balance sheet and income statement) along with the completed Credit Application and Tax Exemption Certificates if applicable.
Unaudited financial statements must be signed by an officer of the company.
Credit investigations are usually completed in 24 hours, however, may take up to two weeks for approval.

Back Orders/Ordering New Products/Special Orders
A mainframe computer, coupled with our custom software, allows us to accept back orders for products not in stock as well as orders for products prior to manufacturer release. When the product becomes available, a PC Choice, Inc. representative will contact you for verification prior to shipment.
We accept special order for products from manufacturers that we represent but do not carry in our inventory. Special orders must be prepaid, and they may not be cancelled or returned for credit. Special orders must exceed $150, and orders less than $1,000 may be subject to a handling fee.
Memory Products
Memory Products are subject to special terms and conditions due to fluctuation in the marketplace. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Subject to the manufacturers' warranty requirements, PC Choice, Inc. will grant return of defective product for replacement only, within 15 days of the invoice date. Most 3rd Party memory Manufactures offer a life time Manufactures Warranty. Call you sales representative for additional details.
Configured Products
Due to the nature of the service, configured products are subject to special terms and conditions. Pricing is based on the complexity of the configuration and the number of identical systems ordered and will be quoted by your sales representative when you order.
Because PC Choice, Inc's. configuration services is a build-to-order process, returns for credit or exchange is not possible for configured products. Most configured products are covered by a 15 day dead-on-arrival (DOA) warranty in addition to the original equipment manufacturer's standard warranty.
DOA systems will be repaired or replaced and shipped within two business days of PC Choice, Inc's. receipt of a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA) product. Components used in configurations will be replaced according to each manufacturer's DOA and warranty policies. PC Choice, Inc. will not provide warranty service if the configured product has been modified from its original configuration.
Shipping
Sorry, we can not accept c.o.d. orders. You may be required to pay freight charges and/or special handling fees for shipment of certain items listed in our on-line catalog due to their size and/or weight. When ordering on-line, you are shown estimated shipping charges. These are only estimates and you will be charged our actual cost for shipping.
All orders printed in our local warehouse by 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We will ship all products via UPS ground or a carrier of PC Choice, Inc's. choice. Our 12 strategically located warehouses enable us to keep a complete supply of the best microcomputer products close to you.
We will ship, at additional expense to you, via any express carrier service you request. When you request a carrier other than PC Choice, Inc's. carrier of choice, you will bear risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments. Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to PC Choice, Inc. 24 hours of product receipt. Full documentation will be required for all claims.
Returns
Certain Manufacturers DO NOT ALLOW for the return of product(s) for any reason (if a product is DOA or Defective, you must contact the Manufacturer directly to resolve any issues you may have).

The main returns facility is ISO 9002-certified and ready to process your returns. When returning stock balance, defective or DOA items, be sure to:
Call Customer Service and request an RMA number before you return the product.
RMAs are valid only within 10 days of issuance.
You are responsible for all stock balance return freight charges.
Furnish Customer Service with your name and account number, phone number, our part number(s), product description(s), serial number(s) and a description of the problem.
USE SHIPPING LABELS ON CARTONS BEING RETURNED. NEVER WRITE ON THE ITEM OR ITEM PACKAGING!
Write your RMA number on the shipping label and place the label on the box exterior, not on the item being returned.
All item packaging, manuals, software and warranty cards must be returned with the item.
Note your phone number on return address.
Include one RMA per carton.
End-of-life products are non-returnable.
PC Choice, Inc. requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Overgoods are unauthorized returns. Any products received by PC Choice, Inc. without a valid RMA number or later than fifteen (10) days from the RMA date will be considered Overgoods. The Overgoods will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be charged a $75 processing fee per shipment returned, plus related freight charges. If the customer refuses the shipment of Overgoods from PC Choice, Inc., or returns the Overgoods to PC Choice, Inc. a second time without PC Choice’s prior authorization, the customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against PC Choice, Inc. for credit related to such products. Another words, call us for a RMA number before returning anything. We recommend you ship via a carrier who is able to provide tracking information to you should it be needed.
DO NOT WRITE ADDRESSES OR RMA NUMBERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE MANUFACTURES' BOXES. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE CREDIT. PACKAGE ALL RETURNS TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
We expect all non-defective/DOA returns to be in resellable condition, complete and unused. Though we do not mind cleaning up returned merchandise, we will charge you a fee of up to 35% of the cost of the item(s) for shrink-wrapping, sticker removal, etc. Items returned or received in a damaged box will, at PC Choice, Inc's. discretion, be returned to the customer at the customers expense or assessed a rebox fee of up to 50% of the cost of the item(s) or $75.00 per item (which ever is higher).
Refused orders may be subject to a cancellation fee. Call customer service before refusing any shipment. Have the above information available when you place your call. Failure to follow these return instructions may result in credit refusal and products will be returned to you at your expense.
Defective/DOA Products
PC Choice, Inc. understands how exasperating it is to get DOA products. Subject to the manufacturer's warranty requirements, we will at our discretion, credit your account or replace, any defective product returned to us within 15 days of the date of invoice. Defective items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the products, including cables, software, manuals, etc. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service before you return any defective or DOA product.
Defective and DOA returns are tested at PC Choice, Inc. Any product found not to be defective will be returned to you, and you will be charged return freight cost.
Some manufacturers require us to report serial numbers and problems descriptions on defective or DOA products. Please have this information available when you call customer service. Returned products missing any components, cables, disks/CDs, manuals or warranty cards will not be accepted for return and you will br required to pay freight in such instances to return product to you.
Certain manufacturers may require that all defective and/or DOA products and/or customer dis-satisfaction products be returned directly to them, or they may limit the return time frame after purchase. Mass-storage products and memory products are limited to a 15-day defective-return period. Please refer to the Manufacturers' Policies and Warranties Listing or contact customer service for specific information. Information is subject to change without notice.
Stock Balancing
PC Choice, Inc. is pleased to offer stock balancing of up to 5-percent of your previous three-month purchases, less any stock-balance and nonresalable returns, for no restocking fee. A 50-percent restocking fee will be charged against stock balance returns.
You may return products that were purchased from PC Choice, Inc. within the proceeding 30 days, subject to manufacturers' requirements and the following provisions:
Your account must be current.
You must ship the product freight-prepaid. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
You must obtain an RMA number from customer service prior to shipping. RMA numbers are valid within 10 days of issuance.
Products must be Unopened and completely factory sealed in original box, in resalable condition (without markings, clean, undamaged,
unused and complete) in the manufacturer's original packaging. Boxes/packaging that has been opened are not eligible for return.
Credit memos will be issued for cost of product in the amount of you most recent purchase or the current price, whichever is lower, and can be applied toward future purchases.
